Sounds quite interesting. I'm particularly intrigued by the Spark People sleep challenge but I can't find any information without actually signing up to Spark People.

I couldn't find a way to view it either so decided to add it to my list on spec and sign up to Spark People (it's free). The site looks rather overwhelming and I haven't looked at the sleep challenge yet. If I decide I don't like it I will switch it for something else. I will report back!
